Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Withdrawal Period
According to the EU Consumer Protection Directive, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
How to Withdraw from the Contract:
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact.vanfor@gmail.com
• To speed up processing, provide your order number and reason for return (optional).
Return Process:
• Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and unused, with all original tags, within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal.
• The customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Exceptions:
• Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• Sealed hygiene products (e.g., underwear, swimwear) cannot be returned if the protective seal has been broken.
• If the item has been intentionally damaged or misused, we do not provide a refund or exchange.
Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item to the original payment method. (Refunds outside the EU may take longer.)
• The customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at contact.vanfor@gmail.com
• We offer a full refund or a free exchange, including coverage of shipping costs.
Exchanges:
• If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), contact us, and we will guide you through the process.
