Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Withdrawal Period
According to the EU Consumer Protection Directive, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
How to Withdraw from the Contract:
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact.vanfor@gmail.com
• To speed up processing, provide your order number and reason for return (optional).
Return Process:
• Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and unused, with all original tags, within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal.
• The customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Exceptions:
• Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• Sealed hygiene products (e.g., underwear, swimwear) cannot be returned if the protective seal has been broken.
• If the item has been intentionally damaged or misused, we do not provide a refund or exchange.
Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item to the original payment method. (Refunds outside the EU may take longer.)
• The customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at contact.vanfor@gmail.com
• We offer a full refund or a free exchange, including coverage of shipping costs.
Exchanges:
• If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), contact us, and we will guide you through the process.
Shipping Policy

VANFOR offers worldwide shipping in cooperation with DPD for fast and secure delivery.
Delivery Times for Ready-Made Products
• Czech Republic: 1–2 business days
• European Union: 2–10 business days
• International Shipping (outside the EU): 4–30 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Delivery Times for Pre-Ordered Products
• If you order a product marked as a pre-order, delivery time will differ. These products will be shipped from the seller within 1–3 days after production completion, which may take 2–4 weeks.
Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination at checkout.
• Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount (if this option is active).
Order Tracking:
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
• If your order is lost or damaged during transit, contact us immediately at contact.vanfor@gmail.com
• After investigation, we offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
